This is a high end protection circuit board developed by us by considering all factors which would has
possiblity to damge the BMS . it has full set of protection than other normal PCB board . the Dimension of
this Board is :42*90*9mm , which can be applied widely on Electric bike or Electric scooter vehicles etc or
other 13S 48V Li ion Battery field . it has the different charge and discharge port with 5A rated Constant
charge current .
1) This Board has adopted with integrated chip managment solution with less quality risk and more stable working performance
2) Working current is 30A constant current ,and this Board can be made with 50A constant current , please contact us if needs
3) With weak electricity switch to control the discharge to prevent the drain of current during work-off time ( this BMS’s On/OFF switch
will cut-off the power consumption and output from all connection port , it will leave your battery at good status during work off time without
power consumption)
4) With charge port protection function ,no voltage from the charge port when disconnected with charge , O voltage output from
the charge port .and with reverse connection protection function when user mixed the polarity of the charger ,it would not damage the
BMS
5) With Balance function and over-charge ,over-discharge , over-current protection ,short protection ,High temperature protection function ,
with 5V USB connection connector on the BMS .
6) with MCU controlling processing for charge current limitation .( when the current exceeded the rated charge current , the BMS will cut
off the charge so as to prevent any wrong charger to damge the BMS accident .

1)Do not apply the PCB which beyonds the specified criterias as above :
2)Sometime , the battery may not discharge when connected this PCB , please connect it to the charge and it can recover to the normal status .
3)The PCB may not work normarly When Mixing cells which were over-discharged or over-charged ,
4) Do not shock this PCB with big static even though the PCB has been designed with anti-stastic protection function.
