stop work where meets any one of these below conditions .A. cell everage voltage reached below 2.3V±0.05V ( for Lifepo4 cell ) and 2.7V±0.05V ( for Li ion cell )B. if single cell voltage reached below of 2.3V±0.05V ( for Lifepo4 cell ) and 2.7V±0.05V ( for Li ion cell ) C.if cell voltage difference reached below than 45mV .the module will automatically stop work to prevent any possible current drain or overdischarged problems which would hurt the health of the Battery system .

Why does the Lithium Battery needs Balance ?
To talk about balance, we have to start with the battery. Even batteries produced in same batches by the same manufacturer have their own life cycles – the capacity of each battery can not be exactly the same. There are two main reasons for this inconsistency:
A.Inconsistency in production
The inconsistencies in production are easy to understand. For example, during the production process, the separators are inconsistent, and the cathode and anode materials are inconsistent, which resulting in inconsistencies of overall battery capacity. For example, the production standard with a batch batteries with 2.5AH , But after the production it may become 2.4 AH,also it may be 2.6AH.
This board operates on the principle of adjacent equalization for battery system ( Li ion or Lifepo4 ). it should be applied together with Battery BMS. The pressure difference resulting from charging and discharging which will triggers the operation of the Balancer board to achieve energy transfer equalization.
B . Electrochemical inconsistency
Electrochemical inconsistency occurs during the battery charging and discharging process. Even if the production and processing of the two cells are exactly the same, the thermal environment can never be consistent during the electrochemical reaction. For example, when making battery modules, the surrounding temperature of battery system will be definitely lower than middle position , which will cause long-term inconsistency in charge and discharge and therefore causes inconsistency capacity with cells , and when the separator film of the battery has imbalance charging and discharging currents for a long time, the battery separator will aged.therefore takes Inconsistence.
Battery inconsistency will affect the performance of the battery pack. Battery packs which were connected in series and follows the short- board effect of the barrel. for battery pack system connected in series, the capacity of the entire battery pack is determined by the lowest cell’s capacity, which results in:
1. Reduce the actual available capacity of the entire battery pack.
2. when The life of the battery pack is reduced, and the capacity is reduced,which will need to increase more times of charge and discharge cycles to let battery work, which will short battery life further.
3. safety performance will be seriously affected when battery consistence were terrible .

1.what’s the difference with capacitor balancer in current markets ?
Our active balancer applied inductive balancer which will allow large current balance with much less energy loss than capacitor balance ,and also has much better safety performance even at conditions of large balance current .
2.What’s the balance methods with your active balancer :
Our active balancer adopt the energy transferring solution ,it does not like other active balancer which balance battery between two neighbouring cells from high cells to lower cells .
and our active balancer will balance all lower cells by transferring energy from whole system average voltage to lower cells with our unique dynamic algorithm
As neighbouring balance will cause such problems . the whole system consistency will be affected and became unbalanced when transfer energy simply between two neighbouring cells to others,and which also caused a lot energy loss .
3.How much max balance current with this active balancer ?
It rated 5A max balance current , and the balance current even can reach 5~7A when cells voltage difference are too big .
4.Can I install the active balancer inside of the battery together with BMS ? and will it drain the battery capacity completely ?
Yes , the active balancer was designed for the whole battery service period , it can be installed inside of the battery and without any safety problems in battery whole service period . it has no electrolyte linkage risk for long service time and it will not drain the battery remaining capacity due its low voltage cut-off protection automatically . the module will stop work when battery system voltage drop to its cut off voltage . and when the module stop work , the current consumption of our module will be very small which can be neglected and will not drain the battery completely .
5.Why did this active balancer has no switch to turn on or off manually ?
This Balance does not needs switch like others , it can automatically turn off the balancer when battery reach protection voltage , if user forget to turn off the manual switch while the balance still undergoing , it will take risk to the user battery and our device . our design without switch will meet all demand ,do not worry .
6.Will it deteriorate the low capacity cells when make balance ?
As our balance method is different comparing other capacitor active balancer , it will not deteriorate the low capacity cell with less charge and discharge ,in our current market ,most balancer active energy transfer directly to the low capacity cells , and therefore ,the low capacity cell will be frequently be charge and discharged ,and it will deteriorate the life of low capacity cells actually . our balancer will solve this problems by apply average voltage compensation solution .
7.why does the trickle balance current is necessary to keep battery consistency ?
Big balance current will cause the fake balance , the voltage of low cell will spring back after big balance current compensation . so the trickle battery current can keep the battery system in real consistency .

4) Quality Service : we will take a full responsibility for any defect product caused by our design and production problems ,warranty time is 12 months since the shipment date . but for any defect product caused by any wrong or slavery application from customers . we will not take the responsibility for that , because for this BMS product ,it do need some skills to make installation . please consult us in advance if you are not clearly with bms connection in the hope of avoid any mistakes of connection . if Buyer damaged the BMS , we can offer the free repairing service to our client , but client should take care of shipment cost .please know it kindly in advance . thanks
