Description
This Active Balancer will charge the cell with lower voltage from higher voltage groups . the balance current can reach 5A to 8A . it using high-frequency transformer inverter and equipotential isolation coupling energy method, the originally series connected battery packs are connected in parallel through equipotential coupling to achieve energy balance distribution for each series of batteries. Based on parallel connection, the uneven high and low voltages of each series are achieved. The actual balance work is controlled by the main control MCU, and the balance effect can reach within 30mV

Warning :
1) the BMS wires usually is 0.1m㎡ which can not allow more than 2A current to go through , and if connect BMS balance wires to
Balancer module , and it will cause safety risk due to overheating , for our 5A or 8A Balancer ,wires should be at least 0.5m㎡
2) Balance performance will be related with such factors as below : A. Cell resistance (the smaller cell resistance and the Bigger balance
current ) B. wires resistance ( the smaller resistance with cables the bigger balance current ) C. Cell voltage difference ( the bigger voltage difference
with cells , the Bigger Balance current )
3) This module is not a complete product, and customers need to wire it according to the requirements before it can be used normally. Customers must connect it correctly to the battery after receiving the goods. This product has been tested normally when it is shipped. Any human error or carelessness can cause accidents such as battery damage, balance module damage, battery discharge will be out of control, and caused fire accidents. Therefore, customers must visually monitor the connection and testing process on site to prevent accidents such as circuit short circuits, overheating, and overvoltage.
