Description
This board operates on the principle of adjacent equalization for battery system ( Li ion or Lifepo4 ). it should be applied together with Battery BMS. The pressure difference resulting from charging and discharging which will triggers the operation of the Balancer board to achieve energy transfer equalization.
Inductive energy transfer Balancer with high current of 1.2A energy transfer which significantly balancing battery voltage and improving the overall efficiency of the battery pack!
Balance principle:
This module is for adjacent cell voltage difference equalization. When the voltage difference between adjacent batteries reaches 0.1V or above, the chip triggers equalization work internally until the adjacent battery voltage difference reached within 0.03V. the voltage difference generated from charge and discharge process , balancer will automatically detect voltage difference and compensate lower cell voltage from higher cell voltage so as to keep the battery in idea consistency so as to prolong the battery life and healthy .
Technical parameters:
The working voltage is 2.0V-4.5V, which can be used for Lithium ion or Lifepo4 Battery
Balance current :
when adjacent cell voltage difference gets above 0.1V (current will be around 0.5-0.7A);
When adjacent cell voltage difference gets above 0.2V (Current will be around 1.2A);
