This System  can support 48 to Max 500Series  Battery Management .

This Master to Slave BMS management system  which be used to  monitor the cell voltage, battery pack total voltage, cell temperature, charge and discharge current and other parameters of the lithium battery system in real time and with high precision, and perform rapid analysis and processing to provide corresponding lithium battery overcharge information. , over-discharge, over-current, over-temperature, short-circuit and other protection mechanisms to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the lithium battery system and extend the service life of the lithium battery.

The product adopts a modular design internally and is divided into main control module – BAU main control module, slave control acquisition unit – BMU voltage and temperature acquisition equalization module,  According to the requirements for the charging and discharging operating conditions of the lithium battery pack in different application scenarios, the appropriate selection of slave control module units effectively improves the product’s compatibility with various terminal applications.

Client can select necessary Parts for your Different projects ( Take an example for 168S Lifepo4 Battery Project )

1.  one Unit of Master Controller  Board (BAU) -( which includes ,BMS Master controlling Board ,Data Collection cables ,Connection parts and connector , this Board has CAN,RS485 and UART communication interface,  )
2. 7 units 24S Voltage detection BMU （Model :BMU-H3R-24S ） for 168 Series Cell’s voltage collection .
3. If needs the LCD Monitor Panel , you can also select it from the List .
4. Master And Slave Controller Model List ( Client can select it in according to your Battery series ,if not sure , please contact us by email will be fine )

2) Shipment Methods : Client can choose suitable shipment methods based on your demand ,Post air parcel service or Express service , we will ship all orders strictly in according to the selected shipment methods by our customer . normally , Post parcel shipment time takes 7~60days depends on different countries serivce . and express takes 2~15days to the destination normally .

3) About Tracking number : Tracking number will be uploaded and will be informed by the registered email on each Friday ,please pay attention to your email later on for the tracking number update .

4) Quality Service : we will take a full responsibility for any defect product caused by our design and production problems ,warranty time is 12 months since the shipment date . but for any defect product caused by any wrong or slavery application from customers . we will not take the responsibility for that , because for this BMS product ,it do need some skills to make installation . please consult us in advance if you are not clearly with bms connection in the hope of avoid any mistakes of connection . if Buyer damaged the BMS , we can offer the free repairing service to our client , but client should take care of shipment cost .please know it kindly in advance . thanks
