This product is an integrated design of 48-string BMS system, which can realize voltage acquisition, temperature acquisition, current acquisition, insulation detection, total voltage acquisition, precharge management, relay adhesion detection, fault classification and alarm, SOC estimation, etc.
Integrated architecture, all-in-one machine completes all functions required for the project, divided into battery control part and battery detection part; the analog front-end acquisition module and main control module are integrated into one PCB to effectively save costs.
LL-E2R-48 is an active balancing integrated battery management system independently developed by our company. It estimates the internal status of the battery (SOC, SOH, SOP, etc.) by monitoring battery voltage, current, temperature and other characteristic parameters according to the algorithm designed by the company. and monitoring. On this basis, it realizes the functions of charge and discharge management, single active balancing management and fault alarm of the battery pack, improves theutilization rate of the battery, prevents the battery from overcharging or over-discharging, and makes the battery pack work at its best. Working state, through the independently developed SOC algorithm and active balancing algorithm, the energy balance management of the lithium battery system is realized and
the service life of the battery is extended. This system has the characteristics of high reliability, high precision, anti-interference, flexible configuration, wide application, support for remote monitoring and remote OTA upgrade. The single voltage sampling accuracy of this system is ±3mV, the temperature sampling accuracy is less than 2°C, and it has the function of preventing damage caused by hot plugging and incorrect plugging of connectors. 2) Shipment Methods : Client can choose suitable shipment methods based on your demand ,Post air parcel service or Express service , we will ship all orders strictly in according to the selected shipment methods by our customer . normally , Post parcel shipment time takes 7~60days depends on different countries serivce . and express takes 2~15days to the destination normally .
3) About Tracking number : Tracking number will be uploaded and will be informed by the registered email on each Friday ,please pay attention to your email later on for the tracking number update .
4) Quality Service : we will take a full responsibility for any defect product caused by our design and production problems ,warranty time is 12 months since the shipment date . but for any defect product caused by any wrong or slavery application from customers . we will not take the responsibility for that , because for this BMS product ,it do need some skills to make installation . please consult us in advance if you are not clearly with bms connection in the hope of avoid any mistakes of connection . if Buyer damaged the BMS , we can offer the free repairing service to our client , but client should take care of shipment cost .please know it kindly in advance . thanks
