Shipment :

All shipment can be shipped out in according to our scheduled time by post for small parcel within below 2.0kg , it usually can arrive at client hand within 7~20 days , and if item weight exceed 2.0kg , we will offer free express delivery , it can arrive at client within 3~10 days without problems after goods dispatched .

Duty and tax issues :

Client should take care of the import duty and cost , and deal with import custom clearance issues with

our support . if we charged the duty cost in advance , client does not need to pay the import duty cost .

Refund after Purchase :

Once Client was regret the purchase within 24 hours since your order placement ,we can proceed the full refund without problems,because we had shipped our product and can not get our parcel back after

24 hours , once order was shipped after 24 hours ,buyer can not be allowed to ask the full refund ,please know it kindly in advance .

Refund after got our Parcel :

Once Our parcel has arrived client hand , if our Product can not work normally after correct installation and connection , client can contact us and send a clearly proof to us for the refund verification , if the defect caused by shipment damage or Product itself defect , we will offer full refund without problems . However , if the product were damaged due to client’s wrong connection and slavery application , we will not afford the responsibility .

If client are not satisfied with the purchase once received our item within 15 days , and still did not use it , client can return our item back to us in original condition . once we got the parcel and make inspection , then we can offer full refund to client without problems

Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to us for the initially inspection , if it is surely our item problems, we can offer free replacement ,if it was damaged by client , we will not offer free replacement .

Quality warranty

We will take 100% responsibility for any defect product due to our designing and manufacturing problems .usually ,we can offer the free replacement units to the buyer without any charge if there is any defect product produced by us however the service terms will not cover the defect problems which was caused by the user because of misuse or slavery application ,not following by our instruction manual .we can offer the free repair service in such case ,but the buyer should take all the relative additonal cost for repairing the defect unit.quality warranty time will last 12 months since the shipment.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product t our appointed address in china and discuss with us for the shipment arrangement by this email james@lithiumbatterypcb.com before decide to return the item back to us so as to avoid inconvenience which would happen afterwards .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
