400V High voltage controlling box which can support 100S Li ion or Lifepo4 Battery

Introductions :

High-voltage energy storage battery management system BCMU01 is mainly used in household energy storage, commercial energy storage and other application fields. This system was designed with  two-level architecture energy storage system. The system consist  a unit of (BCMU) -Battery Master controlling module ,and a battery management unit (BMU ) ,relay and other necessary build-in Parts .
It is the battery management control unit (BCMU) and the battery management unit (BMU).

The system can detect the cell voltage, cell temperature, current, total voltage and other data of the battery in real time, and calculate the remaining battery life in real time.Remaining capacity SOC, estimate battery monitoring status SOH, calculate current cell power status SOP, effectively manage the safety of lithium battery system, and it can establish and make communication exchanges with PCS via CAN/RS485 Communication interface .

• The system supports 9~36V power supply, typical value: 12/24V power supply
• The system supports management of up to 16 BMUs and up to 100 battery strings
•  It has 6 high-side drivers, 2 bottom-side drivers, 4 DI acquisition channels, and can drive relays and fans.
• Supports total voltage collection of battery packs, and has three-way total voltage collection, with a collection range of 20~400V.
•  The master controller has 4 channels of temperature acquisition, and the slave controller has 6 channels of temperature acquisition.
• It has 2 CAN, 3 RS485 and 2 UART communication interfaces, and can communicate with external screens, Bluetooth and inverters.
• It has multiple fault detection functions, including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, insulation, single cell disconnection, temperature disconnection, total voltage abnormality, current abnormality and other failure and protection functions.

Works Operation :

Startup process

Make the BMS in the shutdown state and complete the connection with the BMS. After the BMS is assembled, turn the micro disconnect switch on the chassis to “on”, then press the start button (DC start), and the BMS will enter the self-test.If the self-test is normal, you can hear the sound of the contactor closing, the green light on the chassis is on for a long time (it will flash if there is external communication), and the start is completed.

Shutdown/transport status

After the system starts and starts normally, turn the micro disconnect switch to “off” to turn the BMS into shutdown / transport status. If the BMS is not usedfor a long time, the BMS must be in this state.

Working State:

Transaction terms :
1) Shipment time : once received your order ,we will proceed it quickly within 3~4 working days without problems .order can be cancled within these days ,otherwise we will reject to cancle the order ,because our items can not get back when in the process of shipment . we will inform our buyer if  there is a stock problems with the order and arrange a properly agreenment on the shipment schedule by email .

2) Shipment Methods : Client can choose suitable shipment methods based on your demand ,Post air parcel service or Express service , we will ship all orders strictly in according to the selected shipment methods by our customer . normally , Post parcel shipment time takes 7~60days depends on different countries serivce . and express takes 2~15days to the destination normally .

3) About Tracking number : Tracking number will be uploaded and will be informed by the registered email on each Friday ,please pay attention to your email later on for the tracking number update .

4) Quality Service : we will take a full responsibility for any defect product caused by our design and production problems ,warranty time is 12 months since the shipment date . but for any defect product caused by any wrong or slavery application from customers . we will not take the responsibility for that , because for this BMS product ,it do need some skills to make installation . please consult us in advance if you are not clearly with bms connection in the hope of avoid any mistakes of connection . if Buyer damaged the BMS , we can offer the free repairing service to our client , but client should take care of shipment cost .please know it kindly in advance . thanks
