2) Quality warranty time : we will afford the responsibility for the quality defects if it occurs due to our defect production and design ,quality warranty time will be 12 months since the order placement . we will not afford the responsibility for any misuse or slavery application with our BMS products . we can offer the repair service for the buyer in according to such reasons if the Product does not damage seriously . any wrong connection and application will be buyer responsibility , so Buyer should have enough skills of making battery connection ,otherwise it will be nightmare for both buyer and seller , thanks for your kindly understanding .
